Curious About How it Works?

Planning with Beautifully Charcuterie is a simple 4-step process:

1 ) Pick a Size

2) Choose a Style

3) Plan a Date & Location

4) Curate your Menu

Every Picnic Includes:

  • Low to the ground portable tables or stacked pallets or rustic crates.

    Some parks may have picnic tables available. Please let us know if that option better fits your gathering.

  • plates, glassware, utensils, linen, etc.

  • The rug will be placed under the low table, over the grass. The pillows are also set on the rug. Throws will be placed beside the picnic or with the pillows and can be used at your discretion.

  • Decorative and comfortable pillows will be provided as seating. There are multiple sizes for each theme. One to two pillows per person.

    *Special accommodations can be discussed.

  • Purified or spring water is provided free of charge for each picnic. Sparkling water is available upon request.

  • Artificial floral decor is included with picnics that have a theme that lends itself well to floral or feather decor. Fresh florals can be requested in the add-ons section.

  • Solid, floral, or lace-designed table runners will be placed down the center of the table according to the theme chosen.

  • Available on the table at each picnic.

  • An Eden Picnic Specialist will greet you at your picnic location as it begins and will return as your picnic ends. (*If you need to end your picnic early, please do not leave the picnic unattended; allow 20 mins for arrival time.)

  • When you are planning your picnic there will be an optional add-on item area, created to enhance your picnic experience. Below are the most popular addons for reference:
